Change of Mind Returns (30 days)
We understand that sometimes a product may not be the right fit. We accept Change of Mind returns for any reason within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in new, unused condition and returned in its original packaging.
Return Condition & Inspection
Our products are produced in small batches and finished to a high-polish standard. Because these surfaces are delicate, items must be returned in new and unused condition to be eligible for a full refund. Returns are inspected upon receipt. A return may be declined, or a partial refund/store credit offered, if the following are present:
- Scratches, swirl marks, oil stains, or abrasions on the finish
- Missing or damaged retail packaging or internal inserts
- Damage caused by improper re-packaging during the return shipment
Return fee
A flat fee is deducted to cover return shipping and restocking. Delivery shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns for Product Defects
If your item arrives with a defect, it may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. In these cases, Nanu covers standard shipping costs for delivery and return (note expedited shipping costs are not covered). To help us resolve a defect claim quickly, please contact us here with your order number and a photo or short video showing the issue. Issues that arise after the initial 30-day window are covered under our standard warranty.
Final Sale Items
Items sold as "Minor Defect" or "Imperfect" or “Final Sale” are final sale and not eligible for return or refund. If a functional issue arises with a final sale item, it is still covered under our standard warranty.

Get your label: If the item is eligible, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label and instructions for safe repackaging.
Inspection & processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the status. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, minus applicable fees.
